What we actually are
Top Tech Builders Inc. is a licensed general contractor based in North Hollywood, working throughout 7 Southern California counties. We run 15 service lines, from a single bathroom through ground-up construction, with our own crew across the core trades.
That breadth is unusual and it is deliberate. On a remodel of any size the expensive failures happen in the gaps between trades: the electrician who was not told about the range relocation, the framer who left no chase for the duct. When those trades work for the same company, the gap is somebody’s job rather than nobody’s.

Three commitments that shape every project
Every trade under one contract
Framing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, insulation and finish carpentry are our own people. You sign one agreement and one company is answerable for all of it.
Design-build, not design-then-build
Drawings, engineering, permitting and construction are the same engagement. Nobody hands you a set of plans that turns out to be unbuildable at your budget.
Written scope, written changes
The proposal says what is included and what is not. When something unexpected turns up behind a wall, you get a written change order before work continues, not a surprise on the final invoice.
