How a commercial relationship starts
With a walkthrough and a real schedule, not a number over the phone. On commercial work the date is usually harder than the scope, a tenant improvement that lands two weeks late costs the landlord rent and costs the tenant revenue.
So we scope it, sequence it, and tell you before you sign whether the date is real. If it is not, we would rather say so than take the deposit and explain later.
Mechanical, electrical, roofing and energy work is handled by our sister company, Build Bright Home Solutions. Same licence, same ownership, so a project that spans both is still one relationship.
