Straight answers
What you are going to ask anyway
- Prime or sub?
- Both. On developer work we are frequently a trade sub and we are comfortable in that seat.
- What volume can you carry?
- Depends on the trade and the calendar. Ask with the actual schedule and we will give you a real number instead of an optimistic one.
- How do you price change orders?
- In writing, before the work. A surprise at closeout damages a repeat relationship far more than the cost of the change.
- Do you self-perform or sub out?
- Core trades are our own crew. Where a specialty licence is required we bring in a partner, and the schedule and responsibility stay with us either way.
