What we look for
Reliability first. We build on schedules that other people depend on, and the single most valuable trait on a job site is the person who turns up when they said they would and tells you early when something has gone wrong.
After that: real competence in a trade, a clean licence if the role needs one, and the ability to talk to a homeowner respectfully in their own house.
We hire individual professionals rather than crews. We are building a long-term team of people who want to grow with the company, so we are selective, and we would rather wait for the right person than fill a seat.

Employment or subcontract
Both, depending on the position and the project. Some roles are structured as employment and others as independent subcontractor relationships where that is legally appropriate. We will tell you which one a role is before you invest time in it.
We are also interested in long-term relationships with subcontractors and trade partners who carry their own licence and insurance.
