Licensed HVAC and electrical, in house
Most general contractors sub out mechanical and electrical. We hold the licences ourselves, which on a commercial job means one contract, one schedule and one company answering for the parts of the building most likely to hold up an inspection.
For standalone system work, replacements, service and energy-efficiency upgrades, our sister company Build Bright Home Solutions handles it directly.
